INGREDIENTS

One fresh baked baguette cut into 5/8″ slices
One apple sliced thin
4 strips of Applewood smoked bacon cooked and crumbled
One small wheel of triple cream Brie
3 or 4 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic butter

 

DIRECTIONS

Spread garlic butter on baguette and toast lightly Spread Brie evenly on one side of toasted bread.
Add an apple slice.
Sprinkle with bacon and green onion.
