Four local chefs. One big challenge.
Things are spicing up on Broadway as four local restaurants go head to head in a competition to create farm fresh dishes based on theme ingredients each week! The Broadway All Stars Chef Challenge, curated by Newport Food Tours, features chefs from Tavern on Broadway, Boru Noodle Bar, Pour Judgement and Hope Food & Spirits. The ingredients may change, but the quality is always consistent. The dates & ingredients: October 14: Local squashes from Rose Hill Farm October 21: Pork from New England Grass Fed October 26: Local catch from Narragansett Bay Lobster Company Ten tickets are available per event for $45 per ticket.
