We don't need a reason for cold, refreshing ice cream on a hot summer day here in the City by the Sea, but when one comes around -- we'll take it and run. We're celebrating National Ice Cream Day, July 16, with these sweet shops serving up everything from heaping sundaes with sprinkles to decadent waffle cones on a stick topped with your favorite flavor ice cream. With a cherry on top, of course.
