FREE Orientation & Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Participants will learn how mindfulness can help reduce stress and promote greater ease and joy in this FREE 1.5 hour introduction to the in-depth 8-week, evidence-based course called Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) which begins February 1st, 2020. This FREE 1.5 hour workshop will introduce participants to mindfulness through a variety of brief mindfulness exercises and a guided meditation. They will receive information on mindfulness and the various elements of the MBSR course and have an opportunity to participate in discussion and ask questions.
- Rate Details: Two 1.5 hour workshops offered: 1) January 18th, 2020, 2:00 to 3:30pm, and 2) January 24th, 2020, 4:00-5:30pm. Attendance at one Orientation is a prerequisite for taking the full MBSR course.
