This night the Art Museum will draw our eyes and attentions to the concept of community. Positively disrupting, experimenting, empowering, reflecting, and reimagining our community through the transformative act of art making. There will be portrait sketching available in the Studio Gallery throughout the evening, along with food and drinks.
The winners of the Newport Annual Show will give artists talks to discuss their pieces and their artwork. Finally, the evening will end with a film titled Art in the Twenty-First Century, Season 8: Chicago to learn about the contemporary art and artists of Chicago.
