The Foundations of Taste is your invitation to spend an informative afternoon enjoying food and wine with Executive Chef Matt Voskuil. Each month, Chef Matt selects a different ingredient to highlight. That ingredient is featured in three dishes paired with up to six different wines. Wine selections will emphasize comparison and contrast of different winemaking regions, varietals and vintages. These events will havea relaxed atmosphere, encouraging guest interaction.
