Newport Vineyard’s Scratch Series opens the doors to our kitchens for an up-close instruction on how we run a 100% from-scratch culinary program. An intimate group of guests will join our Executive Chef Andy Teixeira and our culinary team for a demo on how to make his popular housemade pretzels, cheese dip and mustards. Guests will be welcomed with a pint of Taproot Brewing Co. beer (also made in-house!) before heading into the kitchens for the demonstrations, followed by light fare made from their creations paired with a second beer.
