The 2019 Newport Flower Show will celebrate its 24th year with a variety of special events, including expert guest speakers like India Hicks and gardening expert Laura LeBoutillier, beautiful floral designs, impressive horticulture exhibits, stunning garden displays, unique shopping opportunities, afternoon tea and more. The show opens on Friday, June 21 and runs through Sunday, June 23, 2019.

 

This year's theme, Audubon: Artistic Adventures, will celebrate the life of birds. From June 21-23, the front lawn at Rosecliff will be transformed into a colorful aviary featuring both real birds and birds made of plant materials, alongside dazzling gardens inspired by pink flamingos and blue herons.

 

 

 

ADMISSION & SCHEDULE

Advance sale and Preservation Society member admission tickets are $20 per person; tickets sold at the door will be $25. One-day show tickets for children between 6 – 17 are $6.

Enjoy an elegant seated luncheon on the grounds of the show. Afterwards, enjoy a special presentation from India Hicks, author of three beautifully illustrated lifestyle books and former fashion model, TV personality, royal commentator and preservationist. She is the granddaughter of The Earl Mountbatten of Burma, and her godfather is the Prince of Wales. Her father was famed interior decorator David Hicks, and her mother is Lady Pamela Hicks, whose father was the last viceroy of India, hence India’s name.

Enjoy an elegant seated luncheon on the grounds of the show. Afterwards, enjoy a special Q&A style presentation from Laura LeBoutillier. Laura grew up around her parents' garden center in Eastern Oregon. She worked there for 10 years and in 2014 started making gardening YouTube videos as a hobby along with her husband Aaron. After 2 short years of creating online videos she amassed over 1 million followers. Today she has over 2.5 million followers on Facebook and approaching half a million on Youtube. This easily makes her the most watched gardener on the internet.
