The Mexican Mole Burger
Grilled Angus beef, Mexican chorizo, applewood smoked bacon & pickled jalapeño burger, topped with Oaxaca cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomato, sliced ripe avocado, mole sauce, shaved Fresno pepper, citrus lime crema and micro cilantro, served on a local Portuguese bolo from Batista Bakery.
Served with a side of crispy mole spiced potatoes and Diego’s aioli.
