5 FLUKE NEWPORT

Everything on Fluke Newport's menu that contains gluten is clearly marked with a little G. We counted them up and found there's less than ten. We call that gluten-free friendly.

Wharf Southern Kitchen & Whiskey Bar, the sister restaurant of Diego's, denotes gluten-free items with a GF label, PLUS they have gluten-free beer and cider.

Vieste just re-opened their doors on Thames Street and are ready to serve you gluten-free pasta (for a small fee).

Yagi Noodles, located right next door to Vieste, is a ramen shop that is bringing the heat to Newport (in the form of chili oil) with gluten-free noodle options for most of their ramen dishes, just ask before placing your order!

MIDDLETOWN

1 CARMELLA'S PIZZERIA

Carmella's Pizzeria offers a range of gluten-free menu options, such as individual pizzas and specialty wraps.

2 SPROUT AND LENTIL

Sprout and Lentil is a dedicated Vegan / Plant-Based restaurant in Middletown that offers many inspired and delicious gluten free items, marked on their menu with a GF symbol. All of their burgers and sandwiches can be prepared with a gluten-free wrap, roll, or bun. In the mood for something sweet? Try the Triple Choc Brownie with triple the chocolate for triple the flavor, and none of the gluten.

Pro-tip: Order the cauliflower nuggets with a side of spicy ketchup!

Flat Waves Food Shack, a fun, fresh cali-mexi-fusion restaurant offers gluten-free Pitaya, Acai, Rice and Poke Bowls, along with tacos (corn tortillas for the win) and gourmet salads. All gluten-free items are clearly marked on their menu.

Plant City X, a Plant-Based fast food restaurant conveniently located on West Main Road offers a wide range of gluten-free items. Try their gluten-free mac & cheese or sub a gluten-free bun on one of their plant-based burgers. Everything (including substitutions) is clearly marked GF on their menu.

Ticket's, conveniently located opposite First Beach, offers any of their sandwiches on a gluten-free bun (for $1.50 extra).

Diego's Middletown, offers a gluten-free menu complete with all your Mexican favorites like their original nachos, enchiladas, the perfect rice bowl and more.

PORTSMOUTH

1 15 POINT ROAD RESTAURANT

15 Point Road, situated along the Sakonnet River, offers a variety of gluten-free appetizers and entrees clearly marked (GF) on their menu.

2 STEVE'S FAMOUS PIZZA

Your gluten-free pizza experience continues in Portsmouth at Steve's Famous Pizza with entire gluten-free pizza menu.

3 KAFFEOLOGY CAFE PORTSMOUTH

Newly opened, Kaffeology Portsmouth (their second location) offers gluten-free salads and bowls. Ask the baristas for other seasonal gluten-friendly options.

Bar 31, a family-owner tapas-style bar, denotes which dishes are gluten-free with a GF symbol on their menu. They have many appetizers and entree options to chose from, such as carne asada and baby back ribs.
