Sunday Roast Burger
Flavors inspired by the British Sunday roast.
Two 4 oz. beef patties seasoned with black pepper and rosemary. Between the two burgers is a slice of clothbound cheddar Welsh rarebit sauced with beef gravy, served on a brioche bun, with English mustard spread on one side, horseradish cream on the other side, and topped with watercress.
