18th ANNUAL NEWPORT RESTAURANT WEEK RETURNS NOVEMBER 1-10
Ten days of pre-fixe dining experiences from 65 restaurants
The Classic Coast will once again celebrate its dynamic food scene during the 18th annual Newport Restaurant Week, taking place November 1- 10, 2024. Featuring ten days of culinary experiences, from 65 restaurants, including 10 new restaurants, throughout Newport and Bristol counties. Guests will choose from an array of tastefully crafted prix-fixe menus for lunch ($20 or $30) and dinner ($30, $45, or $60).
Fusing autumnal flavors and locally sourced ingredients, this season’s restaurant roster offers a range flavors from the Autumn Pumpkin Bisque on the $20 lunch menu at Jo’s American Bistro in Newport, to the six-course tasting dinner menu for $60 at Salty Wine Bar in Jamestown, or the Grilled Steak on the $45 dinner menu at the Helmway in Middletown, and so many more.
Diners, chefs, and restaurateurs are encouraged to interact throughout the event by using the hashtag #NPTRestaurantWeek on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. For an ongoing, real-time index of observations and images throughout the destination, users can include the hashtag #TheClassicCoast in their posts.

ABOUT NEWPORT RESTAURANT WEEK
Newport Restaurant Week was established in 2006 as an annual event to encourage both residents and visitors to Newport and Bristol counties to experience the vast culinary talent in our destination. The event’s mission is to stimulate local business not only at restaurants but at retail and lodging partners as well. In 2008, Newport Restaurant Week expanded to a bi-annual event; one taking place in early spring and the other in late fall. Restaurateurs often create menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and promote local artisan food and wine purveyors. Many offer vegetarian and gluten-free alternatives to patrons with food allergies or special dietary requirements.
