Small but mighty, Rhode Island took the top spot when it comes to destinations for a romantic vacation, according to a study from travel advisor group The Resorts Collection, which was shared with Travel + Leisure. To reach that conclusion, the company looked at mentions of the word “romantic" on Tripadvisor, scouring hotels, restaurants, landmarks, and more.
