We create long and short pastas extruded through bronze dies in traditional and modern shapes. Our filled pastas are made daily using seasonal and unique flavors. Many of our ingredients are sourced as local as possible and we mill our heritage grains in-house. We provide an ever evolving selection of local and not-so-local artisan cheese and salumi as well as some of our favorite pantry items.
