You don't get to be a 381-year-old city without knowing a little something about resiliency. Newport was built on strength and grit. So sure, COVID-19 has us hitting pause on events, changing procedures and most importantly: masking up, but that doesn't mean this community isn't strong as ever. From take-out and delivery services to virtual fitness classes, we're still thriving - it just looks a little different right now.

The fitness studios below took their classes and turned them digital - easily accessible from your home and social-distancing approved.
