Dewolf Tavern's Vegetable Pizza

INGREDIENTS:

  • Roasted mashed Sweet potato 
  • Smoked mozzarella cheese
  • Candied pecans
  • Dried cranberries 
  • Chopped scallions 
  • Spicy bourbon maple drizzle
  • Naan bread or equivalent flat bread

 

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Spread mashed sweet potato as base. Top with cheese, pecans, cranberries and drizzle the glaze over the pizza. 

  2. Bake in oven until cheese is melted.

  3. Top with chopped scallions.
